This Notice applies to the JueeMay website and pages that expressly link to it. JueeMay app accounts, content, and services are also governed by the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Community Standards, and any specific rules made available in the app.

2. How These Terms Apply

1. You must have the legal capacity required in your location. JueeMay is intended for adults aged 18 or older, and anyone under 18 should not use services offered to JueeMay users.
2. If a website feature has specific terms, those terms control for that feature, while this Notice continues to apply to matters they do not cover.
3. Terms of an app store, payment platform, or another third party govern only your relationship with that third party.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

1. Unless stated otherwise, the website software, source code, layout, visual design, text, graphics, images, audio, video, databases, trademarks, logos, and other materials are owned by JUEEMAY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Subject to your compliance with this Notice, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the website through a normal browser and to print a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Unless expressly permitted by law or by the rights holder in writing, you may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, publicly distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, create derivative works, or remove rights notices.
4. This Notice does not restrict fair use, fair dealing, quotation, criticism, news reporting, accessibility uses, or another mandatory intellectual property exception available under applicable law. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

5. Submissions and Feedback

1. Information submitted through partnership, support, privacy, or other forms must be accurate, and you must have the right to provide it. Personal data is handled under the JueeMay Website Privacy Policy.
2. Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your attachments or materials to us. You authorize us to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to process, respond to, and retain the request.
3. Do not send unsolicited confidential business proposals. Ordinary inquiry channels are not intended to receive trade secrets unless we have agreed to confidentiality in writing beforehand.
4. If you expressly identify content as product feedback or a suggestion, you allow us to use that feedback without identifying you to improve products and services. This does not transfer ownership of pre-existing intellectual property in the feedback or permit us to disclose your personal data.

3. Download JueeMay only through official channels identified on this website or recognized app stores. Software obtained through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Galaxy Store, or another app store is also subject to the relevant store rules.
4. We do not make assurances about unauthorized modifications, mirror sites, or third-party installation packages.

8. Website Availability and Security

1. We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons and will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
2. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, delay-free, or compatible with every device.
3. Take reasonable device and account security measures, including using an up-to-date browser and never sharing verification codes. Contact us if you discover an impersonating site, unusual redirect, or security issue.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2. No limitation affects mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that law prohibits us from excluding or limiting.
3. If your unlawful website use or material breach of this Notice directly causes reasonable, demonstrable loss to us or another person, you are responsible only to the extent permitted by law and proportionate to your fault.

12. Intellectual Property and Other Rights Complaints

13. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

14. Governing Law and Disputes

1. This Notice is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving you of non-waivable consumer protection or other mandatory rights under the law of your habitual residence.
2. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through our contact email. An unresolved dispute may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong. If mandatory law allows you to sue in your local courts or prohibits that arrangement, the mandatory law controls.
3. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect, and the invalid provision will be interpreted as closely as lawfully possible to its original purpose. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver.
